1. Made-to-Order Garments
Our garments are made to order. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchanges or returns.
2. Defective Items
If your outfit has defects, we are happy to help. Please contact us at merchant.drzya@gmail.com.
3. Color Exchanges
We do not offer color exchanges. Please ensure you are certain of the color before placing your order.
4. Defect-Related Exchanges
For any exchanges related to defects, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery.
5. International Orders
For international orders, we cannot assist with size exchanges due to the high cost of shipping and customs duties. If you can have the garments delivered to us (with duties paid), we can accommodate a size exchange, but the customer will need to cover the shipping costs again.
